El GHEKO Neighborhood Boundaries:
North: South side of Speedway Blvd.
South: North side of Broadway Blvd.
East: West side of Kolb Rd.
West: East side of Rosehill Wash
including N. Mann between Broadway and Speedway
Block Captains
El GHEKO Block Captains are committed to serving a specific part of the neighborhood. They help pass out flyers regarding community news (no more than 2 per year). Also, when the neighborhood association organizes a donation drive, the Block Captain serves as the drop off location for their part of the block. Neighborhood Watch
